The F.O.C.U.S programme is run by various staff members at AJs. There are both group sessions and individual sessions. The drive behind F.O.C.U.S is to support people to live a healthy life and maintain it.
The group sessions focus on supporting each other and working together.
One on one sessions are more concentrated on individual goals and interests.
Some activities involved with FOCUS sessions to name a few include:
- Walking
- Fitness based games
- Blazepod exercises
- Boxing
- Climbing
- Gym sessions
- Taekwondo
